A small number of customers have told us that when they first begin using our products, they sometimes notice short-term sensations such as tiredness, mild discomfort, or feeling “off” for a day or two or more.  Customers who are extra sensitive have sometimes described these short-term sensations as lasting longer.

Everyone’s experience is different, and these reports are based on individual feedback, not a medical effect of the products.

These temporary adjustments have always resolved on their own in the experiences shared with us. If you’d like to minimize possible sensitivity, many customers prefer to install one product at a time over several days so the body can adapt gradually.

Some users also mention that paying attention to general wellness—staying hydrated, and taking support nutrition might have helped them feel their best.  (Check with your practitioner to see if these are good support for you.)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Some may be sensitive to ACV so check with your practitioner. Patricia Bragg wrote “Apple Cider Vinegar:  Miracle Health System” and says how much support this can give.  Some report feeling good with 1 to 2 Tsp/day while others such as Dr Robert Marshall, Clinical Nutritionist, says to take 5 to 10 Tbsp per day (each Tbsp in 6oz or more of water) for those not sensitive to it.
  • Proteolytic Enzymes (or a Full Balanced Digestive Enzyme which includes protein digesting enzymes) – said to support the body’s natural detoxification pathways when taken between meals. Dr Robert Marshall, Clinical Nutritionist, has told many to take multiple at a time for best support.
  • Calcium Bentonite Clay, Charcoal, Zeolite – These are sometimes mentioned in general wellness circles as part of traditional practices; we make no claims or endorsements.
  • Calcium Bentonite Clay – Premier Research Labs or Quantum Nutrition Labs’ both have “Medi-Clay FX” which is a common “binder” for sensitivity support. Other binders some have tried are charcoal or zeolite.
